Your doctor will try calling you three times on the mobile number provided on your intake form.

If you miss the first call, wait a few minutes; they should try calling you back shortly.

You can update the phone number you would like your GP to call you on by contacting our Support Team.

If you still aren't able to connect with your doctor, you can reach out to our Support Team to reschedule your appointment for later in the day or another time.
