You can request a medical certificate in any video or phone consultation with your .doctor GP.

If your doctor approves your request, you will receive a PDF copy of the medical certificate letter after your consultation.

Your doctor can send the medical certificate to you by email during your consultation. You can stay on the call to confirm that you have received your certificate before ending the consult.

If you don't receive the email with the PDF attachment, reach out to the Support Team, and we can re-send a copy to your nominated email.
