Medication not prescribed include Diazepam, Endone, Lyrica, Stilnox, Zolpidem, Codeine (including Panadeine Forte), Benzodiazepines (including Valium/Diazepam, Temazepam, Oxazepam, Alprazolam), Duromine, Tramadol, Gabapentin, Pregabalin, Seroquel, Steroids, Vyvanse, Modafinil, Dexamphetamine, Ritalin, Concerta, Sofradex/Otodex ear drops, Roaccutane, Anabolic steroids, Testosterone and Peptides
